Mount NTFS volume as Read/Write on OS X Yosemite 10.10 using osxfuse/ntfs-3g

The instructions on how to automatically mount NTFS drives/volumes as Read/Write (originally found on Stack Exchange: http://apple.stackexchange.com/a/180248) worked great. However after installing software updates to 10.10.4 (at present) this stopped working and reverted to mounting as read-only. Add ‘Open Folder as Sublime Project’ to Windows Explorer context menu

Adds an item to Windows Explorer context menu (the menu that appears on right click) so that the selected folder can be opened as a project in Sublime Text. It’s really very useful!
